About the branch for documentation translated to Spanish

Hi,

I have been creating the tree under dhis-docbook-docs/src/es and the
es-pom.xml for generating DHIS2 manuals in Spanish. Now you can get what is
there for the moment using Maven by executing "mvn -f es-pom.xml package",
since the sources are commited. This generates the HTML and PDF files.
Could someone review if this being produced as expected? Thanks!

As we finish translating each manual, who should I talk to in order to
publish them on the web?

Also wanted to share some thoughts with you:

   - Regarding the names of xml files under the tree, I just preserved same
names that are in the English tree, and only root file ends up with "_es".
   E.g. "dhis2_end_user_manual_es.xml" contains
   "dhis2_user_man_using_gis.xml", "dhis2_user_man_using_data_vizualizer.xml",
   etc.
   - Regarding the names of the resources, and images inside, I copied the
images under the "es" tree. Next step will be to get the application
translated (on the translation server), run it in Spanish and get those
screenshots containing names and figures in Spanish. In any case we would
keep the same names for the image files.

I thought this naming can help us keeping the documentation text and images
updated, as the English versions are modified... in order to locate where
those changes are in the Spanish manuals. Do you think this helps or might
it become messy in the future?

Thanks again and regards,

Inés
