Hi All,

I am in need of great help.  Today I was tasked with the responsible
of merging our old database with the new one.

I have these dataelements in the Old system and I want to have them
match with all the data still coming in how can I do this?

OLD DATA ELEMENTS
Antenatal 1st visit 1st trimester under 18 years
Antenatal 1st visit 1st trimester 18 years and older
Antenatal 1st visit 2nd trimester under 18 years
Antenatal 1st visit 2nd trimester 18 years and older
Antenatal 1st visit 3rd trimester under 18 years
Antenatal 1st visit 3rd trimester 18 years and older

NEW DATA ELEMENTS TO BE MATCH TO
ANC 1st Visit

If that is possible can someone please guide me in doing this.
