Hi there.

Is the data element "ANC 1st Visit" composed of the other data elements
which you list?

If so, all you need to do is to create a new indicator, which is composed of
each of the component data elements. Be sure that you have an indicator type
of "Number" which has a factor of "1" and the Number property set to yes.
When you create your indicator, be sure you select this indicator type. You
only can specify the  Numerator, which in this case, looks like it should be
composed of

ANC 1st Visit = Antenatal 1st visit 1st trimester under 18 years + Antenatal
1st visit 1st trimester 18 years and older + ...

Previously, this would have been represented as a calculated data element,
but with the impending demise of this object, scheduled for the next
release, it is probably better to use an indicator for this purpose.
