Stephen,
We have been using the PostgreSQL databases and the setup was pretty much
automatic for default tables in the database. I don't know if anyone has had
a similar experience like yours.

I have realized a problem while using dhis 2 with mysql database. Table
minmaxdataelement does not exist!! May be you have any clue about that !!!
