Hi All, I have attached two monthly reporting forms, one of them is to be use in the community byt the General Community Health Volunteers and the other by the Health Facility after they have received the reports from the various gCHVs. What is need to know is how we can work now around with our current DHIS2 database that has 4 OrgUint (Country, County, District & Facilities). I will need your advice if we should have a separate database for Community Health or if it can be incorporated into the current system. Thanks and await your positive respond. Stephen M.
