Note that you for every data element (in edit data element) can specify a
FormName in addition to the data element name. This FormName, when it
exists, will be used in the section form.
This way you can get the naming exactly like the paper form without having
to create a custom form, quite handy. In all other modules in DHIS the
normal name will be used.
