The gate way is important as the number of the push and pull SMSs that are send will be many so it will be important to look for an SMS gate way.

Pls advise how we can activate the SMS service in DHIS2..we only have two telcos in the Philippines...

Or should we get an international SMS gateway? If yes, any recommendations?
