Thanks Martin,

This users list is meant mainly for questions related to the usage,
setup or implementation of DHIS 2. I think this also includes
discussion of bugs.

The developer mailing list is meant for requests and discussion around
new features - but I certainly see how many people on the users list
would also be interested in that topic, at least at a non-technical
level. It seems to me that we should try to have most general
discussion on the users list, and confine the developer list to mostly
technical details ( including the revision messages).
