Greeting to the DHIS2 community!

I have been searching over the net some of the resources in relation to the
DHIS2 workshop in Shimla last January. The present documentation of DHIS2
is perfect though I am interested also in checking out the materials used
in Shimla. Is it publicly available over the net?
