Somehow I missed changing the setting for storing 0 values even though I was aware of it. For me 0 values are important ("0 cases" is very different from an "Unknown amount of cases"). I would suggest changing the default setting on installation to store 0 values rather than ignore as this gives the user the option to change this in the future. In my case, unfortunately this data is lost :(
