I'm attempting to set up a data dictionary but encountering problems.
I go to Add New, enter a title and add data elements.  Press Save and
nothing happens.
I was able to get it to save once when I added just one data element and
one indicator but I have not been able to reproduce this.

Any secret tricks to getting Data Dictionary to work?
running version 2.10
