Good morning.

We are trying to import data in CSV format added, following the manual steps in
section 17.4.
We proposed using the same format. The DHIS version is 2.10.
When performing a get the message operation:
"An exception occurred

Sorry! The system has failed to execute the operation. Normally no data is
lost and can continue to work going back. If you want to report the incident
may save this page by selecting "File -> Save (page as)" in the browser and
include the page saved in the report. The detail of the problem are given
below. "
