To follow up, we still don't support orgunit code as part of the message,
which I think we should. We should also support the same date format as we
use for the WebAPI, but some more development will then be needed.

We have not fully included the SMS input functionality in the manual yet,
but you can read all about it in the following document, particularly the
appendix:
