Hi All,
We are in the process of upgrading the Kenyan Instance of DHIS2 from
version 2.11 to 2.13. However under Data Entry, the drop down for Data Sets
is not loading this might affect the timelines for the upgrade. Currently
the system is being used country wide for reporting from all health
facilities and this issue might prevent us from using 2.13 and go to 2.12
instead.
Has anyone experienced this and what is the solution ?  I have attached a
screenshot for the same to act as a guide.
