Thanks Lars. I tried downloading dhis-live and dhis.war from website but it
did not work.

I also tried downloading the new revision files (error-small.png and
commons.js) and saved them in their respective locations in dhis-live
instance that I have. It did not work too.
I also tried removing the browser history but still it doesnot show me red
error-small.png.

Debugging the common.js it appears that notification level is always "INFO"
for some reason. Whatever is the imported file or errors, it is always INFO.

Please let me know if I am making some mistake in downloading the correct
version of dhis.
