Hi,

the Live package is unfortunately not automatically updated. We could try
to fix that. However, the WAR file download is, so you can get the 2.13 WAR
from here and try again:

http://www.dhis2.org/downloads

You can replace the content of /webapps inside Live with the unzipped
content of the WAR file to update Live.
