Unfortunately, the Patient/case data modules are poorly documented (and
also a bit in flux, still undergoing major revisions).

But the idea is that a Program consists of various stages (though can
certainly be only one) and each stage has a form for data collection. You
will see a list of available (patient domain) data elements.
