Dear all,

In the pivot tables if we select 2 (or more) Data Elements with the
"Details" option selected and we try to download the table as an Excel, the
spreadsheet only shows one catcombos for all DataElements.

So, if we have one DE named as "Number of Users By Gender" with the
catcombo Gender ("male", "female"), and other DE "Number of Users By
Marital Status" with the catcombo Martial_Status ("Single", "Married"), in
the Excel spreadsheet we should have something like:

- Number of Users By Gender (Male)
- Number of Users By Gender (Female)
- Number of Users By Marital Status (Single)
- Number of Users By Marital Status (Married)

But instead, we are getting:

- Number of Users By Gender (Male)
- Number of Users By Gender (Female)
- Number of Users By Marital Status (Male)
- Number of Users By Marital Status (Female)


We are using the 2.13.... and we will appreciate very much if you could
solve this issue for this version as well.
