Hi Marcio,

you can find the script for mysql here:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~dhis2-devs-core/dhis2/trunk/view/head:/resources/sql/convert-fixed-attributes-to-dynamic-mysql-h2.sql

The routine is:

- work on a database which has not been used with DHIS 2.14
- apply the script
- run DHIS 2.14

I will put this on the home page shortly.
