@So trouble to me in weekend, I don’t want to mail to you on weekend. today I would mail to you to ask about that I tested already about “Event Report” and it showed me detail about data element and enrollment date only. But it doesn’t show me about attributes of patient like Name, Sex, Age, ….

@Another question, the patient attribute is “Age”. I set as Number. But I put year of age like 1975, 1984, etc.

SO when I go to aggregate builder. how can I calculate auto age like put condition: Age >=15 or Age <15.




--> You cannot create formula with age as Age >= 15 or Age < 15 if you enter data for age as Year.

@by the way, the enrollment date for second time for single event with registration that I need is relate to run report every monthly or quarterly.




A patient cannot enrolled into single event with registration more than one time .




@another question, could you tell me what is the conditions to choose which “single event with registration” and “multi event with registration” should I use, if I has only one program stage and that program can re-enroll by patient every month or quarterly, that mean one patient can use a program not only once time.




“single event with registration”  is used for birth-certificate and death-certificate.





If your program just has only one stage, but can enroll every month or quarter, you can create a multi events with registration and one only repeatable stage. Every month/quarter, users will create an event of that stage and enter individual data.

sorry to disturb you. I read most detail already with dhis2 documentation. but seem not clearly.

as your experience what conditions should I use and what is the difference if I run report?

Hi Channara,



As your example, an patient allows to enroll many times. But as the logic of the system, an patient just can enrolled into a single event program only one times. I fixed this bug. 




Besides, I added enrollment-date and incident-date fields into Enrollment form of single event with registration program when patient enrolls into it in the first time. Please check revision 15193, version 2.15.

I will describe to you for detail

When I go to “individual record” à “Find/Add Instance”.

I have a few patient already register with “single event with registration” program. Then I select existing patient to re-enroll “single event with registration” program again with another date. Then it popup only patient information. It doesn’t show enrollment date to choose. But if I enroll, it will store the current date of enrollment date.

What do you mean about free choosing the date of enrollement ? If you want select date of enrollment in future, then you can check Allow future enrollment dates checkbox in Add/update program form.  If you are taking about another issue, please explain it in details.
