Sharing documents in DHIS2

Hi all,

Given that DHIS2 is a new platform for my country, how can we automate the
sharing of a number of documents to end users DHIS2 from registration
(except maps, the PivotTable and charts)?
Is it possible to have an option / application to post documents?
How to do ?
