Analytics Tables Update takes less than 2 mins, Reports Empty

My analytics update used to take several minutes, probably 20 or more. Now
it just takes less than two minutes. No error is reported and the Reports
are empty. I am using DHIS2.18. I have tried to restart the server but
nothing helps.
