Event Capture App doesn't load Org.Units

Hello All.

The event capture app doesn't work in a simple scenario: 1 Org unit, 1
Programme.

Dhis version: 2.20
Build revision: 19740
Event capture App Ver: 0.1

Doesn't work with the dhis2 demo server either.
