Hi Carolyn,

As for using the demo, please go ahead, but be aware that we refresh
everything every night, so you will lose whatever you do. Not exactly sure
if we still support the use case of multiple root orgunits (it is not a
very common one) or whether it is just the case the admin user has some
restrictions. I do suggest you test things also on your own laptop (e.g
using DHIS Live)
