Dear Abyot,

 

As I told you I could’t find the bellow in the Authorities filed but what I did is adding the following in database:

 

The 475569 is my userroleid which I created 

insert into userroleauthorities(userroleid,authority) values(475569,'F_PROGRAM_UNENROLLMENT');

insert into userroleauthorities(userroleid,authority) values(475569,'F_PROGRAM_ENROLLMENT');

insert into userroleauthorities(userroleid,authority) values(475569,'F_TRACKED_ENTITY_INSTANCE_DELETE');

insert into userroleauthorities(userroleid,authority) values(475569,'F_TRACKED_ENTITY_INSTANCE_ADD');

 

then I checked the Authorities field and I found what you sent me

 

I don’t know why but this what happened

-      Add/Update Tracked Entity Instance

-      Delete Tracked Entity Instance

-      Program Enrollment

-      Program Un-enrollment

I am using 2.21 latest revision , I created new user role , and I will try what u sent me

Hi Nami,

 

Which version of DHIS2 are you using? and what are the user roles you assigned?

 

In addition to assigning program to your user, below are the authorities you need for tracker apps.

 


Event Capture

Add/Update Tracked Entity Data Value

Delete Tracked Entity Data Value


Tracker Capture

Add/Update Tracked Entity Data Value

Delete Tracked Entity Data Value

Search Tracked Entity Instance

Search Tracked Entity Instance in All Org Units

Add/Update Tracked Entity Instance

Delete Tracked Entity Instance

Program Enrollment

Program Un-enrollment

Hello,

 

I have a program with registration and I want to grant a user only authorization to enter attribute data 

 

I created a user role and give:

-          Add/Update Tracked Entity Data Value

-          Add/Update Tracked Entity Instance

And in the user profile assigned the role for it and org unit

 

 

When I ever the user wants to register data in the attribute form in the tracker capture in gives him error registration and access denied

 

Can any body help please on what Authorities should I give for such user?
