Hi Charles,

Were the data elements imported too?

If yes, set sharing settings for the data elements to public(alternatively
create user groups).

If no and your sharing settings is already set to public, review your csv
files and just like Knut said be sure to make the right selections on the
data import criteria form.

Otherwise, it might be a bug.
