Hello,

I am trying to delete a program stage but I get an error that object can't
be deleted because its associated with TrackedEntityValue.

Unfortunately, the tracked entities are patients who were registered on the
program but are now terminated or completed. I have tried to delete the
data from the tracked entities *history* in tracker but the form fields
(Incomplete, Validate, Delete) are greyed out.

I will appreciate any assistance.
