Hi Prosper,

I noticed a similar occurrence in the demo site (apps.dhis2.org/demo).

When you check the histories for Sarah Thompson and Claire Jones in the
MNCH/ PNC (Adult Woman) program, you will notice that Claire Jones' data
can be deleted but the delete button is greyed out for Sarah Thompson. See
snapshot below...
