Due date Mismatch between the Desktop tracker and Android Tracker Capture

Dear Simen and Team,

Great improvements in the Android tracker capture App.

In DHIS2 2.22 Program With registration setup, we can turn off the due date
for the program stages data entry.

This is working well on the desktop version but not respected on the
Android App.
