Hello,

Just to add to Jason's reply: There is considerable difference between
working with the system on your laptop (which is pretty easy) and setting
it up on a web server for access across the net. Attached are some slides
on how to get it working on Windows.

We also offer regional training workshops https://www.dhis2.org/academy and
are about to launch an online version, which will probably be useful for
learning the ropes. There are lots of videos already on YouTube, but some
of them are a bit long-winded and dated.

The user mailing list that Jason pointed to is the best option for targeted
technical questions.
