Hi everyone,

Am having a slight problem with SMS. Seems a similar problem occurred in
the past as well:

I am using v2.23 build 22905

I am trying to send an SMS through to a dhis2 instance. I can send out SMS
fine and the instance is receiving the SMS through the android gateway app
(I can seem them appear as received SMS in DHIS2). The problem I am having
is that I get an SMS back on my phone saying there is no user associated
with the number. When I check DHIS2 though, I can see that the SMS number
is recognized as belonging to the user I have associated with the number
(smsdemo) as it is marked as the receiver in all outgoing SMS and the
sender in all incoming SMS.

The log seems to indicate it is unable to find any user role associated
with the user:

I have assigned the user data entry and analysis roles, and assigned them
to a single org unit as shown below:

Maybe I am missing a step however?
