Hi Markus,

I think this is exactly what I experienced. I run DHIS2 on my laptop. By
local machine, does this mean that I have to change my time setting to GMT
+0 on my laptop?
Is this problem only occur on v2.21? Because when I try it on demo, I do
not see this.
