Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Part of the challenge we have at the moment, is that there are very large
scale changes to the core application. A lot of the functionality which was
part of different modules has been moved to apps. We would like to try and
preserve as many translated phrases as possible, so that they do not have
to be translated again.

I have now updated two projects  on the translation server .

1) Maintenance app.

are about 1200 words which need translation (25% of the total)
2) Settings app

I have attempted to merge in as many translated strings as possible from
the old web modules into the new apps. In certain cases, there were
conflicts which you will see as follows

You can see the translation server flags this as "Needs work". The reason
is, when we merged in the messages from two different web modules, there
were conflicting messages. The translator will need to decide which one of
these is a better translation. You should (as a translator) delete
everything which is not needed and leave just the correct translation.

We have also enabled to machine translation services to help you, Yandex
and Google translate. If you click the buttons at the top, these
translation services will suggest a translation (which may help, it may
not).

There will also be suggestions which are retrieved from the translation
memory which will appear below. You can click on one of the selections if
you feel it is appropriate.

It would be great if the French speakers on the list could help with the
completion of the translation. There is not much left, so if everyone
pitches in, it might not take a long time to finish things up.

I am going to try and merge in all of the Spanish translations now to bring
that one up to date as well.

If there are other languages being used out there, and you are "missing"
translations which you know have been translated before, please send a mail
on the list and we will take a look at it.
