Thanks for this detailed explanation Jason,

Just as a general remark, I think it is lucky that the apps that have been
moved are mainly backend configuration stuff and not end-user apps, thus
the audience affected is magnitudes smaller. On the other hand, because
these are core apps affecting the whole system, it is really important that
any translations are really accurate, thus the use of Google Translate can
only be a very first rough approximation for these strings (and of course
sometimes the administrators will prefer to use English for very
specialised, DHIS2-centric vocabulary).
