Hello Devs,

I have a data element "Child Care Institutions (CCIs) that have submitted
quarterly report" with three different input type

1. Boolean ( Yes/No )
2. Number
3. Percentage

How should i define above data element that i can use it for capturing data
for above all the three different input types ?
