Hi Murod,

no we will not do that. The principle is that if two data element
definitions in two forms (data sets) are identical, then for the same
period and org unit it should not be necessary to enter data twice. Your
idea here will in fact lead to data duplication, not remove redundancy.
This design is part of an effort to remove duplicate data entry across
forms which is something we have seen a lot in the HMIS setting.
