Dear Karina,

You will have to wait for the scheduled analytics that usually runs at
midnight for most of the the instances, running analytics from reports will
not trigger the messages and again has to be at the time you set it to go
out.

What version are you using?

Please set the reminder to go out 1 day before and schedule and appointment
for 9th Feb to be able to receive the mail tomorrow on 8th Feb.
