Using Version:

2.26

I have a challenge in making  2 particular tracked entity attributes unique for the entire system. It allows me to check the box to make them unique, but does not allow me to select the “entire system” option from the list. I have replicated the scenario using the demo site. 

Using the following:

National ID = Unique foe entire system 

Unique identifier = only unique

 

Please advise what I might doing wrong.
