Hello Viet, 
 
It seems the “Import/Export” Apps has several bugs. I am not able neither to import new org units through csv files while we have done it several times. 
 
I have tried to import 2 test org unit in the demo instance (see csv attached) and it is not working neither….
 
Have the csv templates changed?
 
I hope this can be easily fixed as it makes our work a lot less efficient…
