Public bug reported:

If you type in a bug number, e.g. 123456, and select the Launchpad
plugin and then its bug number action in Gnome Do, you'll be sent to
http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/<bug_number>. This is wrong, since not
all bugs are filed against Ubuntu.

Instead, the plugin should send the user to
http://launchpad.net/bugs/<bug_number> (e.g.
http://launchpad.net/bugs/123456), which will redirect the user's
browser to the correct project and so eliminate the annoying " This bug
is not recorded as needing to be fixed in Ubuntu." errors at the top of
the page.
