We use a shell script, build-repo, in the community plugins branch to
build a Mono.Addins repo from *.dll and *.addin.xml files encountered in
the solution folder. build-repo is written in shell, and shell sucks. It
doesn't work very well and nobody wants to learn shell to keep fixing
it. It's short and very simple, and it would be great to port it to
python so we all can modify it to meet our needs.
