Whilst the files and folders plugin watches certain folders on my
computer, I find that when I create a new file on my computer it can
often take quite some time to be indexed by the files and folders plugin
or that I have to do a 'manual' reindex.

For example, if I saved an image to my desktop (which is monitored by
the plugin) and wanted to upload it to Flickr using the Flickr upload
plugin I normally have to manually open the plugin preferences and
remove then readd the desktop folder to the index for the file to be
found by Gnome Do. It would be handy if folders that are watched are
updated more regularly or if a command could be included to manually
reindex (e.g. typing "reindex files and folders").
