It would nice to be able to have a list of RSS feeds for syndication in
the plugins configuration dialog. As in:

Ubuntu Planet | http://planet.ubuntu.com/rss20.xml

>From the feeds added to list; an OPML file could be created for the user
(instead of doing it by hand) and saved to a file somewhere for the RSS
plugin to read from.
