[Bug 367441] [NEW] libevolution5.0-cil should not be mandatory
Public bug reported:
Gnome Do: 0.8.1.3 Release
Ubuntu: 9.04 Jaunty, AMD64
The gnome-do-package of the PPA have libevolution5.0-cil as a mandatory
package. How many plugins use this? Besides Evolution plugins... Because
the problem is that I have evolution gone (for the best) in my pc, and
now no even one plugin can be installed without installing
libevolution5.0-cil (That requires evolution, evolution-common, etc).
Look the outputs:
sudo aptitude install libevolution5.0-cil
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Reading extended state information
Initializing package states... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
evolution{a} evolution-common{a} evolution-data-server{a} evolution-plugins{a} evolution-webcal{a} libevolution5.0-cil
Without recommended packages:
sudo aptitude install gnome-do-plugins --without-recommends
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Reading extended state information
Initializing package states... Done
The following NEW packages will be installed:
evolution{a} evolution-common{a} evolution-data-server{a} gnome-do-plugins libevolution5.0-cil{a}
The following packages are RECOMMENDED but will NOT be installed:
evolution-plugins evolution-webcal
** Affects: do-plugins
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
