Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

  Hi. Here'd be a two-liner to ubuntu's index-fi_FI.html. It re-adds the
  accidentally removed "Ubuntu" (in "Ubuntu 8.04 LTS") to the header
  title and adds the same link to Ubuntu web site that was added to the
  English version.
