Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
In the documentation at this address:
"https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/internet/C/web-browsing.html" there is
a broken link in the section that reads: [Warning]
Restricted plugins are those which cannot be distributed with Ubuntu
because of legal issues surrounding their use in some countries. Check
that you are allowed to use this software before installing it. See
the Ubuntu website for more information on restricted software.
The section links to: "http://www.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/licensing", which
does not exist on the ubuntu website.
