Fixed in later versions; not important enough for SRUing.

Bug description:
  ubuntu-docs 12.04.4, Ubuntu 12.04

  1. Open the help.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the front page.
  3. Click "About".
  4. Click "About" again.

  What you see (unless you look really closely):
  3. Nothing.
  4. Nothing.

  What happens:
  3. A "License" line appears below the visible part of the page, slightly altering the scrollbar.
  4. The "License" line disappears.

  What you should see:
  3. Something much more obvious.
