[Bug 1769127] Re: The Documentation at the "Ubuntu Desktop Guide/Install & remove software/Add a PPA" gives non-existent instructions
I've just upgraded to 19.10 and the Ubuntu Software menu no longer
contains that item. The instructions as given are now impossible.

Bug description:
The Documentation at the "Ubuntu Desktop Guide/Install & remove
software/Add a PPA" gives non-existent instructions:
The guide for PPA addition says
1. On the PPA's overview page, look for the heading ...... (not the point)
2. Click the Ubuntu Software icon ..... (not the point)
3. When Ubuntu Software launches, click Software & Updates [DOES NOT EXIST]
4. Switch to the Other Software tab. ['OTHER SOFTWARES' TAB DOES NOT EXIST]
Same is the issue for Adding Software Repositories, and others on the
page.
This is also available online at https://help.ubuntu.com/stable

Please feel free to contact me for further info.
I'd like it if given a chance to help edit the documentation.
Thank You.
