[fmII] DOLFIN 0.5.1 released (Default branch)

The changes in this release are as follows:
Experimental support was added for automatic generation of code for
evaluation of variational forms, using the FEniCS Form Compiler.

Project description:
DOLFIN is the C++ interface of the FEniCS project for the Automation
of Computational Mathematical Modeling (ACMM). It includes tools for
the solution of ordinary differential equations (ODE) and partial
differential equations (PDE). It is developed at the Toyota
Technological Institute at Chicago and the Chalmers University of
Technology.
