The good thing about "node" is that it has four characters, same as
"cell", "face", "edge". But we should change anyway... :-)
I guess changing from "node" to "vertex" will be just as fun as when
we changed from "grid" to "mesh". Not only do we have to change the
code everywhere, we also have to rename files (which is not so fun in
CVS), change the XML format, and replace "node" with "vertex" in all
XML data files in data/meshes/...
I have added this to the TODO list, that's all I have time for right
now.
